




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and optimizing production processes to ensure compliance, generating productivity and non-conformance reports, updating databases, and supporting indicator management. Management of tools and materials for the production process Responsible for monitoring production activities in collaboration with departmental leaders, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures for executing these activities, as well as issuing productivity and non-conformance reports, updating databases for sectoral indicator development, tracking and requesting tool procurement, and maintaining up-to-date information regarding production materials. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months of experience monitoring processes and/or production * Experience in industrial environments applying continuous improvement methodologies and participating in quality management system implementation projects is desirable **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Production process management * ERP systems **Observable Competencies and Areas for Development** * Critical analysis * Communication * Organization and planning * Teamwork * Systems thinking **Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily production activities, overseeing processes and workflows together with departmental leaders to ensure compliance with established standards. * Monitor the performance of production teams, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency. * Issue productivity and non-conformance reports, using computerized systems to record and analyze relevant data. * Update the production database by entering accurate information to support the development of sectoral indicators. * Request procurement of necessary tools and equipment, tracking the purchasing and receiving process to ensure operational continuity. * Maintain an updated material kanban board, monitoring inventory levels and signaling replenishment needs to prevent disruptions in the production process. * Read and interpret technical drawings, guiding the team on correct execution of tasks. * Participate in alignment meetings with other departments, sharing relevant information for the production flow. * Investigate root causes of non-conformances, proposing and tracking corrective and preventive action plans. * Assist in standardizing operational procedures, reviewing and updating work instructions as needed. * Prepare purchase requests for departmental supplies based on operational needs and submit them for approval according to defined authority levels. * Support indicator management, gathering information to serve as tools for improvement initiatives and management decision-making. * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under one's responsibility. * Support immediate leadership on matters inherent to one's area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to aid in defining required procedures and actions. * Accompany internal and external inspections and audits, providing documentation and information as requested by inspectors and auditors. * Stay current with technological advancements related to one's field of expertise, aiming for professional development, information sharing, and suggestions for improvements to maximize results. * Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, performing activities in accordance with company policies. * Perform other related duties as directed by immediate leadership.
