Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring stores via AI-powered CCTV to detect suspicious movements, filing incident reports, alerting relevant departments, preventing losses, and ensuring store integrity. Night shift work on a 12x36 schedule We are seeking a Monitoring Assistant to join our CCTV department. The professional will monitor stores via cameras, assisted by artificial intelligence that detects suspicious movements. Upon detection, the assistant must file incident reports, notify the responsible department, and ensure store integrity, with a focus on loss prevention. This position follows a 12x36 shift schedule, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, during the night shift. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor CCTV footage using artificial intelligence to identify atypical movements; * Monitor store operations throughout the overnight period; * Record and file incident reports upon detecting suspicious activities; * Report incidents to responsible parties and ensure smooth communication of requests; * Ensure store integrity by analyzing movement patterns and preventing losses. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule (night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM); * Prior experience in monitoring (desirable but not mandatory); * Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring tools (AI training will be provided internally); * Attentive, analytical, and proactive profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of loss prevention; * Experience in monitoring stores or commercial environments. **Additional Information:** * Benefits: Meal allowance, transportation allowance, medical assistance, dental assistance, life insurance, SESC membership * Shift schedule: 12x36 (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) * Work model: On-site (CCTV monitoring) * Location: Barueri, Tamboré Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * MetLife Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Educational Incentive * SESC Membership * Health Plan \- HapVida * Meal Allowance: R$ 17.00/day
