WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Maintain full kitchen cleanliness, ensuring all areas are sanitized according to Sanitary Surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Organize cleaning materials and replenish soap dispensers, gel, paper towels, and toilet paper in all applicable areas; * Operate the dishwashing machine (plates and glasses), and sanitize utensils, containers, and cookware; * Store utensils, tableware, and containers properly to ensure efficiency during usage; * Follow the Good Practices Manual.
