Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and evolve data pipelines and automations in Python, PySpark, and SQL, modernizing legacy processes; * Build and operate end-to-end Machine Learning models, including deployment, monitoring, and retraining; * Work with large volumes of data in distributed environments, ensuring performance and quality; * Implement and oversee model monitoring, including performance analysis and drift management; * Ensure best practices in data engineering and MLOps, including versioning and reproducibility; * Document solutions and technical decisions to ensure traceability and auditability; * Serve as a technical reference, supporting the team through code reviews and defining best practices; * Collaborate with business areas to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist, with end-to-end involvement in production Machine Learning projects; * Proficiency in Python for Data Science and pipeline development; * Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation; * Experience with distributed processing using PySpark; * Hands-on experience designing and orchestrating data pipelines and Machine Learning pipelines; * Experience with model versioning, experiment management, and reproducibility; * Knowledge of MLOps practices and operating models in production; * Experience with model monitoring, performance metrics, and drift management; * Experience handling large-scale data and high-volume environments; * Ability to transform legacy processes into automated, scalable solutions; * English proficiency for conducting meetings and technical discussions. **Additional information** We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai** — an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
