**Opportunity:** We are looking for a Fleet Assistant to work at our unit, contributing to optimizing and managing our logistics processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform fleet administrative controls (spreadsheets, lists, records, and reports);
* Support data entry and verification in systems/ERP (service orders, invoices, internal requests, registrations);
* Organize and track vehicle-related documents (checklists, service orders, receipts, inspection reports, evidence, digital files);
* Update tracking spreadsheets (costs, maintenance, pending items, basic KPIs);
* Serve as a support point for the operational team, ensuring agility and organization in information flow.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or completed higher education or technical course in Administration/Logistics/Processes);
* Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail;
* Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Ability to quickly learn systems, handle routine tasks, and meet deadlines;
* Good communication skills for interacting with internal departments and suppliers.
