The professional will be responsible for supporting the planning, monitoring, and execution of projects, ensuring technical compliance, quality, and adherence to deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and execute infrastructure projects and construction works on waterways and highways. * Prepare and analyze technical reports, quantity surveys, and engineering documentation. * Monitor physical and financial project schedules. * Ensure projects comply with applicable technical standards and regulations. * Support contract, supplier, and technical team management. * Conduct technical site visits and field monitoring. * Identify process improvements and engineering solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Active registration with CREA. * Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects or construction works, with involvement in waterways and highways. * Knowledge of construction planning and control. * Proficiency in technical tools and engineering software. * Availability for technical site visits and construction monitoring. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and planning skills. * Effective technical communication. * Teamwork and technical leadership. * Focus on quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines.
