We are seeking a professional responsible for **managing and coordinating the company's tax activities**, acting as a specialized service provider, with emphasis on accurate tax calculation, fulfillment of ancillary obligations, and compliance with current tax legislation. This role operates strategically in **tax team management**, **review of tax calculations and submissions**, **standardization and continuous process improvement**, as well as providing technical support to internal departments, aiming to mitigate tax risks and ensure the company’s tax security. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and review the **calculation of direct and indirect taxes**, ensuring legal compliance and consistency of information; * Perform and review the **calculation of IRPJ and CSLL** for all companies under the **Real Profit regime**; * Prepare, **review, and submit the ECF** for the group; * Execute **control, analysis, and monitoring of tax credits**, ensuring proper allocation and utilization; * **Lead projects to adapt tax systems and processes** to changes in tax legislation, including impacts of new regulations and tax reform; * Provide technical support to the team on **complex tax analyses**, special tax regimes, tax incentives, and tax consultations; * Act as the **primary contact point for external audits, inspections, and regulatory bodies**; * Serve as the **technical liaison** with the **Finance and Controller departments**, supporting monthly closing and clarifying tax-related questions; * Perform the **calculation, control, and monitoring of deferred taxes (deferred IR/CS)**; * **Develop, guide, and monitor the performance of the tax team**, ensuring technical alignment and operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in **tax management** within medium- to large-sized companies; * Strong expertise in **direct and indirect taxation**, especially under the **Real Profit regime**; * Experience with **EFD**, **ECF**, and other ancillary obligations; * Knowledge of **deferred taxes** and applicable accounting standards (CPC/IFRS); * Experience in **implementation or adaptation of tax systems (ERP)**; * Prior experience in **supporting audits and inspections**. **Additional Information** * Strategic and analytical mindset; * Ability to provide technical leadership and influence; * Clear and concise communication; * Organization, autonomy, and results orientation; * Focus on mitigating tax risks. **Biosphera** is an **integrated ecosystem of business solutions**, created to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation through the intelligent combination of **data, creativity, technology, and strategy**.
