In this process, we believe everyone will be more engaged and energized to perform their duties while maintaining quality of life. **It’s not just about talking—it’s about acting!** **Key Responsibilities/Activities** * Manage audit engagements, supporting and engaging the team; * Demonstrate sound knowledge of auditing concepts, accounting principles, and tools used in external audit work; * Tailor audit work to each client’s unique characteristics and requirements, cultivating strong client relationships; * Demonstrate expertise in accounting and auditing, taxation, and technology; * Exhibit planning skills, work organization, and task delegation to the team; * Review audit work and manage team performance; * Monitor project timelines and track hours spent on the engagement; * Serve clients in the industry/services sectors. **Desired Experience** * Experience managing external audit projects; * Experience in internal controls; * Advanced English (a plus). **Academic Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; field of study: Accounting * Active CRC registration * CNAI QTG and CVM certifications **Knowledge Requirements** * Microsoft Office Suite * Financial Mathematics **Desired Skills and Attitudes** * Analytical / critical thinking * Organization * Strong interpersonal skills * Commitment * Confidentiality * Proactivity Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: Accounting, Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel
