Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining Core Tools documentation, developing and supporting new products and processes, and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Core Tools and technical documentation for products and processes. 2. End-to-end support for new product development. 3. Technical support to customers and Quality Management System audits. **JOB DETAILS** ----------------- * Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date Core Tools documentation (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and MSA where applicable). * Develop and update technical documentation for products and components, including technical drawings, specifications, bills of materials (BOM), and development records. * Prepare and review process layouts and production flowcharts for new developments or process changes. * Support new product development from concept through to production release. * Conduct product and process validations, including dimensional, functional testing, and compliance analysis against technical requirements. * Prepare and submit product approval documentation (PPAP) per customer requirements. * Participate in technical feasibility analyses for new products or engineering modifications. * Attend internal and external technical meetings and project reviews with customers or suppliers. * Conduct internal Quality Management System audits as per the annual audit plan. * Provide technical support for customer service, including technical clarifications, complaint analysis, and support for corrective actions.
