For us, growth goes beyond numbers—it means strengthening our team, fostering continuous learning, and building a solid foundation for our future! **\#LeadTheMarketWithUs** **Responsibilities:** * Produce quarterly investor decks in Portuguese and English and maintain the calendar for engagement with funds and investors. * Map the pipeline of potential acquisitions, build valuation models, and support due diligence processes with external advisors. * Identify opportunities and risks in financial data and proactively deliver analytical insights to managers as a strategic partner to business units. * Structure and maintain the data room for fundraising and new credit line acquisition processes. * Monitor covenants, prepare bank packages, and support debt negotiations. * Develop economic feasibility models for infrastructure investments and expansion (CAPEX). * Prepare ad-hoc materials and studies for Board of Directors meetings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in investment banking, M\&A boutiques, financial advisory firms, or asset management firms. * Proficiency in financial modeling: DCF, market multiples, acquisition analysis. * Experience preparing presentations for investors, C\-level executives, or Boards of Directors. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Preferred: End-to-end M\&A process experience, even if in a supporting capacity. **Our Benefits:** * Meal voucher (Flash Benefícios) * Transportation voucher (Flash Benefícios) * Bradesco health insurance—no cost to the employee; 50% coverage of dependent premiums * Bradesco dental insurance * Wellhub Basic\+ plan (free) and subsidies for other plans * Birthday day off—one paid day off during your birth month * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Conexa—mental health platform * Discount partnerships with educational institutions, including FGV, FIAP, and INSPER **Work Model: On-site** (located near Morumbi Shopping, Brooklin Metro Station, and Morumbi CPTM Station). **Ready to be part of this journey and grow with us?
