Resource optimization and process improvement **What is the Commercial and Channel Strategic Planning area at Porto Bank?** The Commercial and Channel Strategic Planning area is undergoing continuous growth and evolution. One of its core pillars is building OKR-oriented solutions supported by a data\-driven culture, to deliver innovation, speed, and simple solutions to the commercial team—thereby generating value for the business and our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design operational control metrics, create dashboards for product/business teams, and model specialized analytics databases; * Prepare datasets for analytical consumption by non-technical users; * Create and evolve standards and concepts across analytics pipelines; * Champion the day-to-day dissemination of the data\-driven culture within projects; * Support Product Managers’ decisions based on data, and monitor the commercial distribution lifecycle of products across channels; * Promote data culture and optimize existing resources; * Ensure high-quality deliveries and satisfactory fulfillment of the needs of supported areas; * Propose improvements to processes that can be automated or transformed; * Design and build new data models/pipelines and new ETL/ELT processes, optimizing existing ones; * Apply and scale data knowledge and best practices in data engineering; * Research emerging knowledge to propose new possibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in metric modeling and development, data exploration, automating visualizations, and creating automated dashboards in Power BI; * Knowledge of ETL \- Extract: Ability to retrieve raw data from diverse sources such as databases (SQL), Excel spreadsheets, CRMs, ERPs, APIs, or documents, and centralize them; Transform: Perform data cleansing, filtering, standardization (date/currency formats), merging, and validation to ensure quality and consistency; Load: Insert transformed data into the target repository, such as a Data Warehouse, for use by Business Intelligence (BI) tools; * Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: SQL or Python; * Familiarity with the following tech stacks: AWS (S3, DynamoDB, Athena, Glue, QuickSight, Redshift, CloudWatch), Databricks, Oracle, and Power BI; * Experience in strategic planning—including conducting studies and building models—is a plus; * Basic understanding of system architecture, cloud environments, requirement analysis, workflow design, and development estimation. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** **Flexible Meal and Food Allowance;** **Health Insurance Plan;** **Dental Insurance Plan;** **Wellhub and TotalPass;** **Bio Ritmo Gym exclusively for Employees:** located at the Headquarters Complex; **Profit Sharing Program (PLR);** **Stock Ownership Program: Porto em Ação:** complementary to PLR until 2025; **Beach Volleyball and Multipurpose Courts:** located at the Headquarters Complex; **Transportation Allowance;** **Van Transportation Services;** available at major access stations to Porto (Luz, Barra Funda, Santa Cecília, and Júlio Prestes); **Extended Parental Leave:** up to 40 days for all family configurations; **Extended Maternity Leave:** 6 months; **Medical Clinic with Specialties:** located at the Headquarters Complex and Barra Funda; **Childcare or Nanny Assistance;** **Life Insurance;** **Private Pension Plan \- PortoPrev;** **Discounts on Products and Services;** **Tuition Reimbursement: Reimbursement for undergraduate, graduate, or MBA programs;** **Monthly Running Events:** subsidy for major street races in São Paulo; **Language Course Reimbursement (English or Spanish);** **Porto Theater:** exclusive sessions for Employees; **Library;** **Rest Room:** at the Headquarters Complex; **Game Room:** at the Headquarters Complex; **Massage and Podiatry Services:** at the Headquarters Complex; **Work Location:** Downtown São Paulo, fully on-site.
