Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing occupational risks, ensuring legal compliance in OSH, reducing accidents, and promoting safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Effective management of occupational risks and legal compliance in OSH. 2. Reduction of accidents and incidents through analysis and preventive actions. 3. Promotion of training and safety culture among employees. Ensure effective management of occupational risks through the development, implementation, and updating of the Risk Management Program (PGR), the Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT), the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO) (in collaboration with the medical department), the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), and other legally mandated OSH programs. Ensure legal compliance in OSH by monitoring legislation, responding to inspections, conducting internal and external audits, and continuously aligning with Regulatory Standards (NRs). Reduce the occurrence of accidents and incidents through risk analysis, accident investigation, definition of corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring of safety indicators. Promote employee training through planning and delivery of mandatory training (NRs, onboarding, refresher courses) to strengthen safety culture. Ensure proper management of PPE and collective protective equipment (EPCs) through technical definition, specification, delivery control, inspections, and usage guidance, thereby ensuring adequate protection for employees. Support leadership and operational areas through technical guidance, participation in meetings, preliminary risk analyses (APR), and authorization of critical activities. Ensure proper management of OSH documents and records through organization, control, and updating of reports, assessments, evidence, and systems, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with legal requirements.
