The Network and Expansion Coordinator position aims to accelerate the growth of the Representative network, structure prospecting and new store implementation processes with greater analytical rigor, and ensure brand standardization and strengthening through store operations and visual standards—including execution of the monolithic brand retrofit project scheduled for 2026\. The Representative network accounts for a significant portion of Azul Cargo’s total revenue, highlighting its strategic importance and the need for dedicated, structured, and professionalized management to sustain and expand this performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day:** **** You will join the **Cargo** team at our headquarters, **Azulvile**, located in **Barueri/SP.** * Research market and competition to define regional and periodic expansion plans * Structure the Expansion Plan with regional coverage and cycle-based targets * Define the ideal candidate profile for each location under consideration. * Conduct salary, taxation, and market projection research per location. * Identify and prospect candidates via fieldwork, website, e\-mail, and referrals * Lead the screening and selection process for candidates in new locations * Make initial contact and present the business model to the candidate * Coordinate in-person interviews and candidate interaction with other Azul Cargo teams * Interact with the Finance team for candidate credit analysis. * Guide candidates on required documents for CNPJ registration, Articles of Incorporation, and other legal documentation * Know and thoroughly explain all contractual and legal aspects of the business prior to partnership finalization * Inform and assist TECA candidates regarding airport negotiation contracts and documentation required to commence operations * Monitor payment of the embarkation fee. * Request property data and photos to create the standard Azul Cargo layout with the Marketing team * Monitor layout and brand usage approval process by the agency * Ensure standardization and appropriate support for new Representatives from Commercial and Operations teams during inauguration. * Develop and update presentations of business models, including operations, strategic planning, and the company’s future goals * Maintain continuous engagement with candidates from screening through formal partnership establishment * Establish ongoing communication with the Representative network to ensure store management aligns with Azul’s values, visual standards, and service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need in Your Baggage (Prerequisites):** * Analytical Capability This role introduces a metrics- and KPI-driven approach to guide expansion decisions: regional market potential analysis, candidate performance evaluation, tracking of store opening targets, and post-implementation performance monitoring. * Implementation of New Business Models The Coordinator will be responsible for updating and presenting available Azul Cargo business models, adapting the value proposition to local characteristics and candidate profiles to broaden partnership reach and appeal. * Structured Support for the Representative Network This position will consolidate Representative follow-up throughout the entire implementation cycle—from first contact to inauguration—ensuring new partners receive adequate support from Commercial and Operations teams and remain aligned with company standards. * Agility in Prospecting and Implementation With exclusive focus on this process, the average time between opportunity identification and store opening will be reduced. This directly impacts the number of new points opened per period and, consequently, the incremental revenue generated. * Brand Standardization and Participation in the 2026 Monolithic Project The Coordinator will serve as the liaison between the Representative network and Azul Cargo’s Marketing team, ensuring correct application of layout, visual communication, and brand identity standards.
