We are looking for a professional to join our P\&C team, responsible for executing medium-complexity processes related to new corporate insurance placements and/or renewals. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform insurance quotations by submitting necessary data and/or information to insurers to identify the best insurance options fully meeting the insured’s needs. * Prepare proposal letters for the insured by presenting all relevant insurance information to offer the best options fully meeting the insured’s needs. * Submit policy issuance requests to insurers to formalize risk acceptance within the insured’s desired timeframe. * Analyze new and/or renewal insurance quotation requests (individuals) upon receipt to determine the risk profile. * Analyze insurer-submitted proposals by evaluating policy premiums and terms to compare available insurance options, essential coverages, and cost-effective pricing for the insured. * Deliver policies and payment slips to the insured using digital systems and tools (E-mail) to ensure the insured is fully aware of all rights and obligations under the contracted insurance. * Ensure accurate registration of issued policy data and/or information using digital systems and tools to enable organized, reliable information for consultation and other operational activities. * Perform other related and inherent job duties as required by departmental needs and/or demands, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. * Identify optimal insurance placements in the market for lower-complexity client risks—assessed by criticality, size, revenue, political relationships—by negotiating to deliver the best financial and technical solution for the client, thereby providing the client with a comparative technical, commercial, and advisory analysis. * Provide necessary support and/or assistance to other departments by supplying data and/or information to ensure continuity of processes and/or task execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of Property Risks, Fleet, Property, Civil Liability, Infrastructure, Maritime, Aviation, and/or Transportation insurance * Experience in the insurance industry involving risk placement, new insurance placements, and/or policy renewals * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, analytical ability, organization, and planning skills **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal and/or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Wellz * Wellhub * Day Off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the scope of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
