Therefore, we currently have an opening for a **Building Technician**. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation/verification of project documents; * Preparation/verification of service specifications; * Development of physical\-financial schedules; * Quantification of resources required for service execution; * Project management. **Requirements:** * Technical course in building construction; * Experience in layouts and contract supervision; * Advanced Microsoft Project; * Full\-time availability. * Must reside in Aricanduva \- SP or nearby areas.
