The Art Team is responsible for conceptualizing and creating the full visual identity for our clients. We are looking for a professional to meet the agency’s UX demands—specifically, to support all squads throughout the entire website creation process. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: - Creating all stages of website development (sitemap, wireframe, web design); - Collaborating on the creation/maintenance/expansion of the Design System; - Maintaining constant communication with Technology, Content, Design, and GP teams; - Organizing and documenting design processes. Requirements: Proficiency in Figma (components, styles, auto-layout, and prototyping) and Miro; Experience in end-to-end web projects (sitemap, wireframes, UI, and handoff); Experience with design systems (creation, maintenance, and evolution); Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams (developers, content, design, GP); Ability to organize and document design processes and decisions; Understanding of storytelling principles applied to interface and user experience.
