To succeed, you must master visual language and the rhythm of digital platforms. Your mission will be to transform raw materials (interviews, coverage, research) into magnetic narratives—whether for a 30-second Reel or a 15-minute mini-documentary on YouTube. Apply now! #### **Main Responsibilities:** Transform complex story ideas or raw videos into scripts adapted to Generation Z’s language for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube (Long-form); Create creative hooks in the first seconds and structure the middle portion of the video to prevent audience drop-off; Compose storytelling using visual elements, indicating editing components in the script (inserts, memes, transitions, sound design, and visual effects) to enhance the narrative; Organize audiovisual materials by logging, decoupling, and cataloging them according to project requirements; Collaborate closely with video editors and designers to ensure the script’s vision is accurately translated on screen. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism, Cinema, Audiovisual Studies, or related fields; Proven experience scripting for social media and YouTube (portfolio is essential); Ability to interpret retention metrics and apply those insights to subsequent scripts; Active, heavy user of social media and fluent in communicating with Generation Z; Strong command of Portuguese, especially spoken language (colloquial, direct, and fluid); Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) to prototype ideas; Fundamental understanding of YouTube SEO; Prior experience at media outlets or content agencies focused on youth audiences. #### **Benefits:** #### **What We Offer?** A relaxed work environment with supportive colleagues eager to help and share knowledge.
