Job Summary: Mid-Level Digital Accessibility QA Analyst (PCD – Visual Impairment) to support the execution of digital accessibility testing, with emphasis on manual validation using assistive technologies. Focus on assistive technology-based validation under senior guidance Mid-Level Digital Accessibility QA Analyst (PCD – Visual Impairment) 2\. Role Objective Support the execution of digital accessibility testing, focusing on manual validation via assistive technologies, contributing to the identification of accessibility barriers in websites and web applications, in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), under the guidance of the Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist. 3\. Key Responsibilities * Perform manual accessibility testing using assistive technologies, especially: * Screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver); * Keyboard navigation; * Validate the real user experience of websites and web applications from the perspective of users with visual impairments; * Identify barriers related to: * Inadequate semantic structure; * Missing or incorrect labels, descriptions, and alternative text; * Issues with focus management, sequential reading, and logical content order; * Document evidence of identified non-conformities; * Support the execution of automated accessibility testing where applicable; * Contribute to the preparation of technical accessibility reports by providing practical inputs and evidence; * Support the Senior Specialist in validating proposed recommendations; * Comply with WCAG 2\.1 or higher – Level AA criteria. 4\. Mandatory Technical Requirements * Practical experience using screen readers for navigating digital environments; * Functional knowledge of WCAG guidelines, especially criteria related to perception and operability; * Hands-on experience in manual digital accessibility testing; * Familiarity with keyboard navigation and accessibility shortcuts; * Ability to clearly and systematically document and communicate issues. 5\. Experience Requirements * Minimum recommended professional experience: 2–4 years in activities related to: * QA; * Functional testing; * Digital accessibility; * Technical support or usability; * Practical experience in complex digital environments (websites, web systems, applications). 6\. Academic Qualifications * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in fields related to technology, design, QA, or accessibility; * Training courses in Digital Accessibility, Software Testing, or UX are considered advantageous. 7\. PCD Condition * Professional with Disability (PCD), with visual impairment, as defined by current legislation; * Capable of performing the described activities using appropriate assistive technologies, which will be provided as needed. 8\. Contract: PJ – fixed fee only On-site availability required only at the beginning of the project; thereafter, on-site visits every two months Location: Avenida Paulista Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
