We currently have an opening for a **Construction Helper**! \- Position Details: * Position: **Construction Helper** * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: **Monday to Friday** \- **Day Shift**: 7 AM to 5 PM \- Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) \- **Night Shift**: 7 PM to 4 AM \- Friday: 7 PM to 3 AM * Salary: BRL 2,189.97 *(+ 20% night shift allowance)* * Benefits: \- Flash Meal Allowance: BRL 485.00 \- Transportation Allowance: Amount required for commuting \- Health Insurance **Location: Rua África do Sul, 364 – Várzea de Baixo (near João Dias Station).** **Main Responsibilities:** \* Safety Signage: Setting up area isolation using cones and tapes on public roads. \* Site Organization and Cleaning: Filling sandbags, debris removal, and maintaining the construction site; \* Concrete Preparation: Assisting in mixing and placing concrete for foundations and sidewalks \* Material Handling: Loading and unloading aggregates (sand and gravel), cement, and reinforcing steel \* Site Preparation: Soil compaction and surface leveling \* Trench and pit excavation: Manual digging for conduit and pole foundation installation \* Mandatory Requirements:\* Availability for fieldwork and outdoor activities.
