This role involves monitoring performance indicators, identifying market opportunities, and generating insights that contribute to increased competitiveness, efficiency, and business growth. * **Responsibilities** * Research and map companies with potential alignment to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); * Gather market, competitor, and commercial trend information; * Cross-market data with commercial information to generate insights; * Monitor market movements indicating potential purchase intent; * Identify decision-makers and strategic contacts within target companies; * Perform lead enrichment and qualification; * Create segmented lists for commercial prospecting; * Support outbound actions and prospecting strategies; * Provide the sales team with strategic information about accounts and opportunities; * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to generate opportunities; * Propose improvements based on analysis and evidence; ### **Required Qualifications** * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, BI (Power BI, Tableau), CRM, and data analysis; * Business acumen to connect data with market opportunities and risks; * Results-oriented and focused on company growth; * Knowledge of B2B prospecting; * Ability to interact across multiple departments and teams; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in Commercial Intelligence, SDR, Pre-sales, or Market Intelligence; ### **What We Offer** * Competitive salary aligned with market and regional standards; * Meal allowance and food voucher via VR Multi card; * Health insurance with co-payment; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass.
