




FCamara is seeking a **Delivery Lead** to ensure the successful delivery of digital systems products, operating within a multiplatform healthcare assistance network. You will serve as the central point for coordinating technical teams, removing impediments, and ensuring business objectives are met with quality and on schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Delivery Management**: Oversee the execution of technical activities by the squad, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality are met. **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with the Product Owner, developers, designers, and other areas to ensure delivery and maintain progress. Serve as the focal point to clarify development team questions regarding requirements. Support the development team in defining optimal technical solutions. Collaborate with QAs to ensure test coverage includes business scenarios and meets expectations. Work with the PO on demand discovery and refinement for development. **Agile Facilitation**: Promote agile practices, facilitate ceremonies (dailies, retrospectives, planning), and support the governance area in continuous improvement. **Risk and Impediment Management**: Identify and resolve blockers, manage and mitigate technical risks, and prevent delivery delays. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Clearly and frequently communicate status, risks, and progress to technology leaders. **Metrics and Reporting**: Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, throughput) and transparently report results. **Value Delivery**: Support the PO in engaging with business areas to understand business needs, rules, and processes. Ensure functional requirements are properly detailed in specification form. Ensure deliveries are made incrementally, rapidly adding value to the business. Define sprint goals aligned with product priorities. **Resource and Vendor Management**: Coordinate internal and external resources to fulfill delivery commitments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or in similar roles. * Proven experience in the healthcare sector. * Extensive hands-on experience in teams using Scrum or Kanban. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello for managing technical teams. * Experience creating MVPs. * Knowledge and experience with software lifecycle and system architecture to support the team in defining technical solutions. * Ability to collaborate with QAs (testers) to ensure functional and business test coverage. * Ability and proficiency in managing dependencies across technical teams. * Degree in Technology. **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
