We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support, equipment maintenance and configuration, and user assistance. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of IT systems, networks, and equipment across our stores. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Linux and Windows; Completed high school education (technical certification in IT, Networking, or related fields); Knowledge of hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and networking; Experience in user support (Help Desk or Service Desk); Ability to work effectively in teams and strong communication skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Alternate Sundays: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; One fixed day off per week **Applicants for MercadoCAR job openings:** We do not charge any fees for participation in recruitment processes. **Minimum Education Level:** Technical Course
