Opportunity to take on new challenges within a global brand **What You’ll Do Daily** ------------------------------------- * Lead the restaurant shift, ensuring that brand processes, standards, and procedures are executed with excellence * Coordinate team positioning for customer service, cashier duties, order delivery, and suggestive selling * Guide the team in product handling and final assembly (burgers, sauces, desserts, and sides) * Supervise food preparation (seasonings, safe handling, and thawing) * Coordinate store cleaning routines, goods receiving, and storage * Conduct inventory counts for products in stock and refrigerators * Share shift operational, production, and sales goals with the team, while supporting training and certification of new team members All this with strong teamwork and a results-oriented mindset — sounds good? **✅ What You Need** ---------------------------- * 18 years of age or older * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of experience in shift coordination or management in restaurants * Technical skills in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mathematics (numerical aptitude) * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule * **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Prior experience working in high-volume fast-food chains * Ability to train, engage, and develop people * Agility, organization, and ability to work effectively in a team But don’t worry: most importantly, we value your drive to make things happen. **Why Work at KFC?** ----------------------------- At KFC, we value leadership and build growth paths within our operations.
