About the Opportunity We are seeking an HR Analyst to work strategically and consultatively within our operations, taking ownership of the entire people management lifecycle—from onboarding and employee experience to metrics analysis and proposing solutions for continuous improvement. This role will play an essential part as the bridge between headquarters’ strategies and operational execution. Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end management of HR processes for the operation, including: Onboarding and employee experience, ensuring high-quality integration and onboarding support; Contact and relationship management with recruitment agencies; Design and execution of employee engagement campaigns; Monitoring and analysis of HR metrics (attendance, turnover, voluntary separations, etc.); Liaison between headquarters’ strategies and operational execution; Direct support to employees, serving as the primary contact point for inquiries and requests; Coordination with Corporate HR Department, ensuring full compliance with hiring, termination, confirmation, leave, and payroll processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Solid experience in Human Resources; experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially spreadsheet review and analysis in Excel and presentation development in PowerPoint.
