Opportunity for professional development and career challenges **POSITION SUMMARY** Location: São Paulo \- SP Work Mode: On-site at Headquarters **Purpose of the Position** Support administrative demands of the department and support chain, NiM Sales Team, building relationships based on transparency and trust, with passion for service. Within this scope, you will have the opportunity to interact with various departments of the company, contribute to team performance and delivery, and pursue professional development and career challenges. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** Process, analyze, and manage requests for registration of commercial terms (Combos/NRABs, commercial rates, and agreements), special payment terms, and quotas within the NiM structure Process, analyze, and manage requests for NBS MasterData regarding Customer Inclusion, Modification, Deletion, Reactivation, and Replication across the entire NiM structure Analyze and manage the end-to-end flow of Credit Note and Debit Note requests until final payment Update all departmental reports for demand management Support the Commercial Planning and Sales Team in addressing related demand requests **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Previous experience in Sales back-office; Analytical and organizational skills, proactivity, initiative, results orientation, willingness to serve, and ownership mindset; Communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) SAP knowledge (desirable) Degrees in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields Nestlé has been present in 99% of Brazilian households for 100 years, is the global leader in food and beverages, operates in 190 countries, and is committed to unlocking the power of food to enhance the quality of life for everyone — today and for generations to come.
