Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes; 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Be responsible for your own health and safety, and apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
