Lead and inspire the team: guide, motivate, and ensure the best customer experience. Monitor financial results: track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. Support operational activities: step in and assist the team directly when needed. Organize restaurant routines: opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and briefings. Ensure compliance: uphold internal standards and labor laws. Develop talent: train, mentor, and contribute to team members' growth.
