Job Summary: Orizon is seeking a Regulatory System Engineering Specialist to lead regulatory matters, ensure normative compliance, and integrate stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Guided by the purpose “Enabling sustainability in the relationship between humans and the environment,” the company seeks professionals with technical vision and institutional articulation capabilities to support the growth of its energy assets. **About the Opportunity – Regulatory System Engineering Specialist:** A strategic role responsible for leading and structuring regulatory matters in the electric power sector, ensuring normative compliance, regulatory viability, and stakeholder integration across the entire project lifecycle—from FEL through to operation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Regulatory Management in the Electric Power Sector:** * Serve as the technical reference on regulation before ANEEL, ONS, and CCEE. * Interpret regulations and assess their impact on projects and operations. * Manage licensing and authorization processes. **Energy Project Structuring:** * Engage from FEL onward to ensure regulatory compliance. * Evaluate commercialization models and grid connection options. * Define regulatory assumptions impacting CAPEX and schedule. **Interface with Concessionaires and Public Agencies:** * Manage grid access with distribution and transmission companies. * Collaborate with DNIT, municipal governments, states, and institutional bodies. * Lead multi-level approval processes. **Governance and Compliance:** * Ensure regulatory compliance of assets. * Establish executive controls and reporting frameworks. * Assess regulatory risks and support strategic decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering. * Postgraduate studies in Energy Market/Regulation are a plus. **Professional Experience:** * Experience in the electric power sector with a regulatory focus. * Familiarity with ANEEL, ONS, and CCEE. * Experience interfacing with concessionaires, DNIT, and public agencies. * Experience managing municipal, state, and federal approvals. **Technical Competencies:** * Regulation (ACL, ACR, GD). * Grid access and interconnection. * Regulatory risk analysis. * Integration of regulation and engineering. **Tools:** * Advanced Excel. * Power BI. * CCEE systems. **Behavioral Skills:** * Institutional articulation. * Strategic vision. * Executive communication. * Results orientation **Additional Information** Medical assistance Dental assistance Gym allowance Pharmacy allowance Christmas basket Life insurance Meal voucher Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
