Job Summary: This fleet assistant provides support to drivers and managers on fueling platforms and manages accident incidents and towing requests, ensuring proper routing of all demands. Initiation and follow-up of towing service requests JOB \| FLEET ASSISTANT – GUARULHOS/SP Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Work Location: Av. Papa João Paulo I, 4300 \- Jardim Pres. Dutra, Guarulhos \- SP, 07174\-000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48\. Benefits: ✔ VR (Meal Allowance) of R$ 39.20 per business day; ✔ Transportation voucher (6% employee contribution); ✔ NotreDame Intermédica Health Insurance – Smart 200 Plan (no cost for the primary holder). **Main Activities / Responsibilities** * Provide support and assistance to drivers and managers on the **CTF** and **Ticket Log** fueling platforms. * Perform initial response and preliminary follow-up of accident incidents. * Initiate and follow up on towing service requests. * Support handling fleet-related demands, ensuring proper routing of each request. * Record and track incidents in the system, ensuring information is up to date.
