Learn about our clients, explore our content, and find out if you’re the right person to join \#WeAreMDS. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze operational indicators by collecting, processing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making and improve process efficiency. * Enhance operational efficiency by mapping workflows, identifying waste, and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize outcomes and strengthen departmental performance. * Support leadership in decision-making through the preparation of analyses, reports, and dashboards to provide visibility, accuracy, and technical grounding for operational and strategic guidance. * Develop and implement performance measurement methodologies and tools by defining KPIs, selecting analytical tools, and building monitoring systems to ensure continuous improvement of operational performance. * Build customer delinquency segmentation models using demographic, behavioral, and payment history data to support more effective collections strategies. * Develop collections strategies by defining key metrics, automation targets, and selecting appropriate technologies to increase efficiency, premium recovery, and customer retention. * Analyze and monitor delinquency data by economic group, insurer, and customer profile—identifying patterns and segments—to enable targeted collections actions and risk mitigation strategies. * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the role as required by departmental needs or demands, including training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. * Solid experience in cross-referencing databases and consolidating large volumes of data and information, analyzing documents, and recording data. * Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Data Model. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, and teamwork. **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Wellhub * Wellz * Day Off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts, including auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
