Teamwork and conflict management **[Support] Junior Implementation Analyst - Remote** ======================================================= TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Implement TOTVS HR products to enhance agility and organization in customer operations. Propose and support continuous product and process improvements when appropriate; support team goal achievement and engagement, including satisfaction survey adherence, customer satisfaction, and project completion, among others. Be prepared to support the evolution of team challenges and products. Collaborate effectively as part of a team, focusing on overall results, maintaining fluent communication and sound conflict management. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage, evolve, and complete TOTVS HR product implementations, initially developing stages such as needs assessment, checklist creation, kickoff meetings, training, workshops, testing, prototyping, go-live, and post-implementation customer follow-up. * Manage and keep implementation schedules and timelines updated in coordination with the team’s Agile Master. * Participate in working groups and scheduled meetings focused on developing product- and process-related challenges. * Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and meet deadlines without difficulty. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in technology or related fields; * Experience in software implementation scenarios; * Experience managing schedules with customers and stakeholders, organized to execute defined timelines; * Strong ability to communicate effectively and maintain a proactive attitude. Desirable Requirements * Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and accounting processes is desirable; * Advantage: familiarity with the TOTVS RH Budget product; * Project management coursework or knowledge is desirable.
