Maintenance Coordinator

Description

**Asstam Combustíveis,** a **TRR (Transporter-Retailer-Reseller)** company located at Parque Bristol in São Paulo/SP, is hiring a **Maintenance Coordinator** **Main responsibilities** Plan, monitor, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities on diesel equipment and systems. Assign and monitor tasks for the technical team, ensuring adherence to schedules, service quality, and operational safety. Monitor maintenance of pumps, tanks, water-oil separators, and other operational systems. Control tools, materials, resources, and maintenance indicators. Prepare technical and operational reports, support problem resolution, and assist with on-site technical decision-making. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, promoting organization, discipline, productivity, and team performance. Monitor and report to the services management team the KPIs related to the position's respective activities, as well as the action plan for addressing deviations. **Requirements** Technical course in maintenance or similar; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar, with emphasis on or experience in maintenance activities. Postgraduate degree (considered an advantage) Solid experience in planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance; experience leading technical and operational teams. Knowledge of pump, tank, water-oil separator, and industrial system maintenance; Experience in controlling schedules, materials, and maintenance indicators; Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards.
