We are looking for a Receptionist to work at an indoor sports climbing gym. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person customer service (check\-in, gym tours, and general guidance for students). * Sales of membership plans, services, and equipment. * Management of registrations in the system and cash/document control. * Customer service via WhatsApp and telephone. * Maintaining organization at the reception desk and common areas. **What We Seek:** * Experience in customer service. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in gyms or sports centers.
