Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for food pre-preparation and preparation, sanitation and organization, following supervisory instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in pre-preparation and preparation of various menu items 2. Responsibility for sanitizing utensils, equipment, and areas 3. Focus on health and safety, applying regulations and guidelines **Requirements** * Availability for a 6x1 work schedule (08:00 to 16:20) * Residence in the ABC region (preference for Mauá or Santo André) Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in plating, sanitize and prepare leafy greens, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food plating and restocking. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for health and safety, as well as apply regulations, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. Desired Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of personal protective equipment usage, cleaning machinery, good interpersonal relationships with team members and supervisors, dynamic and proactive attitude.
