**Responsibilities and Duties**
Humanized patient care process
Implementation of institutional protocols
Completion of operational worksheets
Completion of AMU forms
Teamwork
Assessment of vital signs
Patient stabilization
Reporting the level of emergency
Updating family members on the patient's condition
Dressing wounds
Providing patient comfort care
Ensuring patient safety
Performing manual extraction/removal maneuvers for victims
Knowledge of equipment, supplies, and medications available in the ambulance
Personal requirements: emotional balance and self-control, physical and mental fitness for the role, initiative and communication skills, ability to work in a team while exercising operational control over the assistance team
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Position: On-Call Nursing Technician**
**Scope:** Shift coverage
**Work Schedule:**
* Coverage of **up to 8 shifts per month**
* Availability for **day and night shifts**
**Requirements:**
* **Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN);**
* **Minimum of 1 year of professional experience** in **urgency and emergency services**.
**Compensation:**
* **R$ 1\.450,91 \+ hazardous duty allowance**
