




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead the development of solutions for complex industrial projects in food and beverage manufacturing facilities. Opportunities for growth and technical development We are looking for talented and experienced professionals to join Dennis Group’s Structural Engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing structural solutions for challenging and highly complex industrial projects in food and beverage manufacturing facilities, covering all project phases—from conceptual design through construction support. **About the Role** * Lead structural engineering design for industrial facilities, ensuring efficient and safe solutions; * Apply broad and diverse expertise in the design and detailing of concrete structures, steel structures, and foundations; * Develop structural analysis models, drawings, and technical specifications; * Prepare tender packages, liaise with suppliers, and evaluate technical proposals; * Quantify materials and estimate construction costs; * Conduct field inspections to assess existing conditions and prepare technical reports; * Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines to ensure project compatibility; * Provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week onsite) in São Paulo/SP, just a few meters from Paulista Metro Station. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial structural engineering projects; * Solid knowledge of Brazilian technical standards (NBRs); * Proficiency in structural analysis software and design methodologies for steel structures, concrete structures, and foundations; * Experience with structural analysis software such as RAM Elements, RAM Structural System, and/or Eberick; * Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Proven experience across all phases of engineering project development—from conceptual studies and design through documentation issuance and revision for construction; * Experience in procurement activities, including tender package preparation, supplier liaison, and technical proposal evaluation; * Understanding of project management processes; * Critical and analytical thinking; * Planning, organizational, and time management skills; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Advanced English for communication with clients and international teams; * Willingness to travel; * Active registration with CREA. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the food and beverage industry; * Knowledge of Revit and BIM methodologies; * Willingness to travel overnight for client facilities and construction sites at least 25% of the year. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on large-scale, highly complex industrial projects; * Collaborative, innovative environment focused on professional development; * Direct interaction with multidisciplinary teams and global clients; * Opportunities for growth and technical development within the company. **About Us** We plan, design, and build food manufacturing plants for major brands across the country and worldwide.
