Job Summary: The Engineering Manager will lead teams, manage projects from inception to completion, ensure technical and economic feasibility, drive improvements, and provide technical support—focusing on quality and compliance. Drive product and process improvements * Lead the engineering team and manage projects from conception through to completion. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within defined scope; * Define goals, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and support the professional development of the team; * Assess the technical and economic feasibility of projects based on targets provided by Marketing, Sales, and Executive Management; * Provide technical support to the team to identify and resolve engineering issues, ensuring adherence to departmental standards and procedures; * Ensure projects and processes comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards; * Maintain and report on departmental performance indicators, striving to exceed established targets; * Ensure accuracy of information entered into the ERP system and engineering documentation; * Drive product and process improvements for already-launched products; * Train the team to develop product cost structures and validate product costs prior to submission to the Sales Department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. * A postgraduate degree is preferred; * Certification or proficiency in AutoCAD drafting, technical drawing interpretation, Six Sigma \- Green Belt, Advanced Excel, and Power BI. * Advanced knowledge of Product Management, cost formation, and product structure composition. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with the lighting, decoration, or durable consumer goods sectors. * Prior experience in this role. * Familiarity with Design Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
