Description:
Education
* Required: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Preferred: Specialization in Corporate Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Business Management.
Specific Knowledge:
* Microsoft Office suite;
* Advanced Excel;
* Advanced PowerPoint;
* Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (SAP, ORACLE, TOTVS, or similar);
* Proven experience in MRP, Demand Planning, Material Management and Standardization;
* Experience in material master data standardization and cleansing (suppliers, materials, and services);
* Preferred experience in projects and implementations of solutions, systems, and automation;
* Preferred knowledge of Power BI;
* Preferred intermediate English proficiency.
* Develop and update material plans based on projected demand, consumption history, and seasonality, ensuring adequate supply for operations while avoiding both stockouts and excess inventory.
* Contribute to improvement and innovation projects, research, development, and implementation of solutions.
* Actively participate in integrated planning cycles, collaborating with departments such as Maintenance, Engineering, and Procurement to align demand forecasts and capacities.
* Support planning strategy through detailed analyses and technical input for decisions impacting the supply chain.
* Ensure material master data standardization and consistency, guaranteeing that codes are consistent, unambiguous, and standardized, promoting data governance as a key element for operational reliability and process efficiency.
* Monitor performance indicators such as lead time, material coverage, inventory accuracy, and stockout rate. Identify deviations in these indicators and propose corrective actions or improvements that add value to planning and management processes.
* Develop contingency plans and strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
* Ensure that planning and data management systems are integrated and up-to-date to support integrated planning processes.
* Anticipate factors affecting material availability—such as logistical constraints or supplier capacity—and act proactively.
