Grow with us! **\#JoinMotz** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Monitor and control delinquency and loss levels, identifying opportunities and trends that may pose risks to the company. * Conduct collections from delinquent customers to recover outstanding debts and reduce delinquency. * Negotiate with delinquent customers efficiently and sustainably, maintaining positive commercial relationships while enabling payment. * Track adherence to the collections escalation process, ensuring all receivables follow the procedures defined in internal policies. * Monitor accounts receivable aging, regularly analyzing receivables’ aging to prevent unmeasured risks. * Generate and analyze financial reports supporting the department, evaluating and adjusting KPIs clearly and systematically. * Present departmental financial reports, meeting weekly internal reporting routines and performance tracking. * Monitor performance indicators and improvement initiatives, proposing solutions to operational bottlenecks and identifying optimization opportunities. * Ensure compliance with the collections escalation process and internal policies, guaranteeing process conformity and governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of data analysis and reporting; * Experience with financial systems; * Agility in addressing customer needs; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Autonomy and hands-on approach; * Adaptability to dynamic environments. **Additional Information** This position operates in a **hybrid** format in the Paraíso region (2 days onsite).
