Job Summary: We are looking for a Tech Lead to technically lead the development and evolution of the platform, working hands-on and structuring the technology team in a fast-growing environment. Description: Tech Lead Ollie is a digital-native brand, 100% Brazilian, focused on vegan and cruelty\-free sun protection products with very high SPF. Our goal is to make sun protection a light, practical, and enjoyable part of daily routines, featuring innovative textures and skincare benefits. We are seeking a Tech Lead for our Growth \& Tech hub. This role will be part of Baker—the group behind Ollie—which is in an accelerated growth phase and building new brands. In addition to directly supporting Ollie, this person will impact technology and growth initiatives across other group brands. Your day\-to\-day responsibilities: * Technically lead the development and evolution of the platform, focusing on quality and scalability. * Work hands\-on and make architectural decisions—especially early on. * Translate business needs into well\-structured technical solutions. * Define engineering standards and best practices (testing, documentation, performance, security). * Structure and lead the technology team: * Map needs and priorities * Support recruitment, interviews, and onboarding * Develop people and build a strong team * Build processes and rituals that maintain speed without compromising quality. * Collaborate closely with Growth and Data teams to support strategic initiatives. Who You Are: * Hands\-on mindset * Comfortable in unstructured environments and with a strong sense of ownership. * Genuine interest in leading and building teams. * Ability to balance short\-term execution with medium\-term vision. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non\-technical teams. * Bonus: Existing network and ability to attract developers to the team. What We’re Looking For: * Solid experience as a Software Engineer, having served as a technical reference or Tech Lead. * Experience with web and/or backend applications, APIs, and integrations. * Experience with cloud platforms and production environments. * Fluent English.
