Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive steward to ensure impeccable support for banquet service and preparation of basic items, adhering to the hotel's excellence standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in setting up coffee breaks for events. 2. Organize breakfast and prepare juices, coffee, and teas. 3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and utensils. **Shift:** 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM **Opportunity:** We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Food & Beverage team. The steward will be responsible for ensuring flawless support to banquet service and preparation of basic consumable items, following the hotel's excellence standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in setting up *coffee breaks* for corporate and social events. * Organize breakfast, prepare juices, coffee, tea, and assemble trays. * Assist waitstaff with restocking items and buffet organization. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry, utensils, and work equipment. * Monitor product expiration dates and report replenishment needs for pantry supplies. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role (an advantage if in hospitality or event management). * Completed high school education. * Attentive, hygienic profile with ability to work under pressure. * Must reside in Itapecerica da Serra, Embu das Artes, or nearby easily accessible areas. * Availability to work on a **6-on/1-off** rotating schedule (including weekends and holidays). **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Medical assistance * Life insurance * On-site meals (Breakfast and Lunch / Afternoon snack and Dinner) **Location:** Potuvera \- Itapecerica da Serra Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
