Communication Analyst

Description

We are seeking a **Communication Analyst** to work in a cultural space, contributing to the creation, planning, and execution of institutional and cultural communication strategies. This professional will be responsible for developing content, managing internal and external communication demands, supporting event promotion, and strengthening the cultural space’s image among the public and media. We seek a creative individual with strong writing skills, ability to engage diverse audiences, and sensitivity to cultural topics. To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements: hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Corporate Communication, Journalism, or related fields, recognized by the MEC; have proven experience in text writing, press releases, content production, briefing follow-up, internal and external communication, artwork approval, and strategic communication planning—evidenced through a portfolio or certificate (additional documents such as invoices or signed contracts verifying actual service provision may be requested); and present one or more certificates from courses in culture and arts totaling at least 90 classroom hours. Candidates must also meet **two of the following variable requirements**: minimum 6 (six) months’ experience as an advertising professional, journalist, press officer, or public relations specialist in the culture and arts sector, verified through activity records with cultural institutions or media outlets; minimum 1 (one) year’s experience as an advertising professional, journalist, public relations specialist, or press officer, verified through employment record book registration or signed service contract; or a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree certificate in visual arts, theater, dance, cinema, music, or events, recognized by the MEC.
