




Job Summary: This apprenticeship program offers the opportunity to work in various departments, including administration, HR, cashiering, customer service, grocery, and perishables, developing practical skills and knowledge. Assistance with administrative and HR routines Description: * Currently enrolled in high school; * Interpersonal communication skills; * Teamwork ability. The apprenticeship will be conducted through rotations in each department, as stipulated in the activity schedule signed by all parties (Institution, Roldão, and Apprentice) Work in the administrative department, organizing documents and files, delivering reports to department heads, dispatching mail pouches, preparing rooms for recruitment or training sessions, conducting inventory of available uniforms in the store, delivering documents and invoices for management signature, sorting delivery manifests (organized by date and department); Work in the Human Resources department, assisting with resume screening, organizing and sorting payroll statements, organizing medical certificates, scheduling candidates for interviews, supporting the recruitment process, distributing job application forms and tests; Work in the cashiering department, collecting merchandise, processing returns, attending to and guiding store customers; Work in the Customer Service department, answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate departments, making outbound calls, organizing invoices and exchange vouchers; Work in the grocery department, checking product expiration dates, pricing items, restocking light products, and cleaning shelves; Work in the perishables department, checking product expiration dates, restocking, and weighing items. 251128020219428053
