If you excel at managing large volumes of data, building strategic dashboards, and performing predictive analysis to support decisions for highly complex events, this is your place. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, organize, and process data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, systems, and APIs); * Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools); * Conduct basic analyses to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities; * Support integration and standardization of data across systems (CRM, ERP, etc.); * Execute and support simple automations to reduce manual tasks; * Support data organization and quality within systems (HubSpot, SAP, ClickUp, etc.); * Map, document, and support improvements to operational processes; * Validate data and ensure consistency of information used; * Support business areas (sales, marketing, finance, operations) with data and reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Advanced Excel/Sheets (formulas such as SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, XLOOKUP; Pivot Tables; Power Query for data manipulation); * Basic to intermediate Power BI (semantic model editing and dashboard development). **Desirable:** * Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.); * Experience with ERP systems (SAP (S/4HANA, Business One), Dynamics 365, etc.); * Basic data validation (duplicates, inconsistencies); * Basic to intermediate SQL; * Basic experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, etc.); * Basic understanding of APIs (HTTP requests, JSON); * Basic knowledge of cloud services (GCP, Azure, or AWS); * Basic programming skills (Python or JavaScript). **Additional Information** Compensation \- R$ 4\.000,00; Meal Allowance \- R$ 40.00/day (Flash); Parking; Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Health Insurance \- SulAmérica (Co-payment); Mental Health Platform \- Zenklub; Corporate Learning Platform with Certifications (GUPY \- Corporate Education); Contract Type: PJ A forward-looking perspective.
