To strengthen our team in the **Northeast and Central-West regions** of Brazil, we are looking for: **Application Specialist** **(Based in Recife - PE or Fortaleza - CE, Brazil)** **Your Mission** Develop and implement high-level technical solutions for strategic customers, ensuring excellence in industrial performance, driving innovation, autonomously supporting customers’ production lines, and positioning Puratos as a benchmark in baking technology and technical excellence. **What You Will Do** In this role, you will play a strategic part in supporting our regional customers, acting consultatively and highly technically to ensure excellence in industrial applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Conduct complex industrial trials at strategic customers independently, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring successful implementation of solutions within the production environment. * Serve as the go-to expert for resolving technical challenges, leveraging your deep knowledge of biochemistry, functional ingredients, and processes to deliver accurate, high-value solutions. * Continuously propose new ideas, concepts, and innovative technical solutions, contributing both to customer success and internal team development. * Develop and adjust advanced formulations, applying conditioners, enzymes, and technological systems according to industrial results and specific needs. * Represent Puratos expertise through technical presentations, trainings, and seminars, strengthening relationships with customers and partners. * Actively share knowledge, contributing to the creation of technical materials, troubleshooting guides, and digital process documentation. Collaborate closely with IBCC and R&D teams, ensuring high testing standards, alignment with real-world industrial conditions, and continuous process optimization. * **What We Expect From You** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, Baking Technology, or related fields; * Prior experience developing technical solutions/applications in baking for food industry clients, preferably in industrial settings; * Experience leading trainings for technical and commercial teams; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Intermediate English is desirable to participate in global meetings and training sessions; Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, strong customer relationship abilities, and commitment to continuous learning. * **What You Can Expect Working at Puratos** You will join a fast-growing international market leader with an innovation- and entrepreneurship-driven culture that grants you the freedom to generate impact.
