Sales Effectiveness Analyst

Description

We are seeking a **Sales Effectiveness Analyst** to provide strategic support to the commercial area, ensuring visibility of results, monitoring of KPIs, and support for decision-making. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor planned vs. actual performance controls (targets, volumes, and revenue) * Consolidate commercial data and develop management reports * Prepare contracts, amendments, and termination agreements via Zapsign * Manage administrative workflows and commercial documentation * Generate financial and consumption statements for customers * Provide strategic information to support decision-making ### **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields * 3–5 years of experience in commercial support or sales intelligence * Advanced Excel skills * Experience in data analysis and report development **Desirable:** * Knowledge of CRM and/or commercial systems * Power BI or other data visualization tools * Experience with targets, forecasting, and commercial performance * Experience within a national commercial structure ### **Work Model** * CLT employment regime * Hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite in Barueri) ### **Benefits** * SulAmérica medical and dental insurance * Meal allowance * Home office allowance * Life insurance * Private pension plan (MetLife) * Total Pass * Day off Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * SulAmérica medical and dental insurance * Meal allowance * Home office allowance * Life insurance * Private pension plan (MetLife) * Total Pass
