Manage capacity to maintain a consistent and healthy pace, helping the team become more effective. **Manage squad metrics such as:** * availability * accuracy * changes * incidents * vulnerabilities * productivity and performance * quality (bugs, tests, etc...) **Mandatory Requirements:** * Java 8\+\+ * Spring Boot * Quarkus * Microservices * SOLID * Kafka * RabbitMQ * Clean Architecture/Hexagonal Architecture * Clean Code * Unit testing * AWS **Desirable Requirements:** Experience with Java, particularly versions 8\+\+. Java as a programming language and Spring as a framework; solid knowledge of object-oriented principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
