Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support for implementing and maintaining training programs, best practices, and operational procedures across all sites under your responsibility * Ensure non-conformities identified during audits are implemented following client approval * Monitor and manage SLA compliance, targeting 98% achievement throughout the year * Ensure all subordinates adhere to company procedures, meeting deadlines and following established processes * Track the progress of corrective maintenance requests throughout the year at your site * Execute 100% of scheduled preventive maintenance activities throughout the year and ensure 100% scheduling of specialized maintenance activities throughout the year * Deliver all monthly reports and presentations within deadlines set by your manager * Manage the full IPMP cycle — goal setting, mid-year review, and year-end review — for 100% of your team, adhering to company-established timelines * Attend all weekly safety meetings and communicate key takeaways to your entire team every week of the year * Monitor 100% of accident and incident investigations involving your subordinates * Actively participate in employee recruitment and replacement processes * Control overtime hours approved by your manager * Develop all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to be used by your team members * Implement actions to maintain facilities in optimal operating condition and ensure safe working conditions * Verify and record items held by personnel or used collectively * Develop and submit to the client a list of materials required for proper corrective or preventive maintenance * Ensure the maintenance team uses both individual and collective personal protective equipment (PPE) * Maintain the PMOC within recommended limits * Ensure appropriate use of individual PPE **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology or Electromechanics * Undergraduate studies in Engineering (in progress or completed) * Experience in maintenance and operation of diesel generators, UPS systems, medium-voltage distribution panels, power transformers, and electrical control systems; proficiency with medium-voltage presence detection meters, rescue rods, and temporary grounding systems * Prior experience supervising maintenance teams and performing managerial duties **LOCATION:** Alphaville/SP **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — Alternate Saturdays *JLL fosters a diverse and inclusive culture.
