Job Summary: We are seeking an SAP Coordinator to lead the operation, support, and evolution of the SAP environment at a food company, acting strategically and interfacing with business areas. SAP project leadership and assurance of best practices We are looking for an ***SAP Coordinator*** to work at an established food-sector company, leading SAP environment operations, support, and evolution, with strong strategic involvement and interface with business areas. ***Responsibilities:*** * Coordinate the SAP team (functional and/or technical), ensuring delivery quality and efficiency * Manage SAP system support and evolution, prioritizing business requests * Handle incident, change, and improvement governance * Lead SAP projects and initiatives (implementations, rollouts, and enhancements) * Ensure integration among modules and satellite systems * Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators * Manage technology vendors and partners * Serve as the focal point between IT and business areas * Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance ***Technical Qualifications:*** * Solid SAP experience, with prior leadership or coordination roles * Knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, or SAP SuccessFactors) * Experience with AMS support and demand management * Experience managing teams and stakeholders * Familiarity with agile and/or traditional methodologies * Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives ***Differentiators:*** * Experience with SAP S/4HANA * Experience in digital transformation projects * Experience in the industrial or food sector * SAP or management certifications (PMP, Scrum, ITIL) ***OTHER DETAILS:*** * Employment type: CLT (directly with the client) * Project duration: Indefinite * Work mode: Hybrid (2 days on-site) – São Paulo (Butantã) * Expected start date: Immediate Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
