Controller Specialist We are looking for a Controller Specialist to strengthen our finance team and directly contribute to the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of our operations. We seek an analytical, organized individual with strong capability to transform data into strategic insights. Responsibilities * Lead annual Financial Planning and periodic reviews (budget and forecast), ensuring alignment with company strategy. * Manage and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L), monitoring key indicators, financial performance, and significant variances. * Directly engage in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Billing processes, ensuring organization, compliance, and efficiency. * Support and oversee accounting activities, ensuring consistency among records, financial statements, and management information. * Conduct financial analyses, prepare executive reports, and provide insights to support decision-making. * Contribute to monthly closing and ensure accuracy of consolidated data. * Support internal departments in cost and expense management, ensuring budget adherence. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Proven experience in Controller roles or FPA/PFA. Experience with P&L, AR/AP, Billing, budgeting, forecasting, and closing. Solid expertise in financial analysis and modeling. Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Python, and Database skills.
